Welcome to OncyGrow ("OG"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the OncyGrow platform, including mobile applications, websites, services, and related features.

By registering, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

Users and Providers must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Use valid contact details
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

OG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information
• Treat Providers respectfully
• Avoid fraudulent activity
• Make payments through approved platform methods

Provider Responsibilities

Providers agree to:

• Maintain professionalism
• Deliver services responsibly
• Complete assigned work within agreed timelines
• Avoid misleading claims or fake profiles
• Follow safety and legal standards

Payments

Payments processed through OG Wallet or approved payment gateways may be monitored for dispute resolution and fraud prevention.

OG may deduct platform fees, taxes, or service charges where applicable.

Off-Platform Transactions

If Users or Providers choose to make payments outside the official platform payment systems, including cash, UPI, or direct transfers:

• OG shall not be responsible for disputes
• OG shall not guarantee refunds
• OG shall not be liable for fraud, scams, or payment defaults

Such transactions are undertaken entirely at the parties' own risk.

Account Suspension

OG reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in:

• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse or harassment
• Fake bookings
• Platform misuse
• Illegal conduct
• Violation of platform policies

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OG shall not be liable for:

• Service disputes
• Financial losses
• Injuries or damages
• Provider misconduct
• User misconduct
• Delayed or failed services
• Offline incidents

Users and Providers engage with each other at their own discretion and risk.

Policy Changes

OG may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
