Wallet Payments

Payments made through OG Wallet or official payment gateways may be reviewed in case of disputes.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Service status
  • Transaction records
  • Available evidence
  • Policy compliance

Refund approvals are subject to OG review and discretion.

Off-Platform Payments

If Users or Providers exchange payments outside the official platform through:

  • Cash
  • Direct UPI
  • Bank transfer
  • Third-party apps

OG shall not be responsible for:

  • Payment disputes
  • Fraud
  • Refund claims
  • Financial losses
  • Chargebacks
  • Service dissatisfaction

Such transactions are entirely private arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Repeated cancellations, spam bookings, or fake requests may result in:

  • Reduced visibility
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account restriction

Platform Fees

OG may charge:

  • Service fees
  • Commission fees
  • Convenience fees
  • Applicable taxes

All applicable deductions shall be displayed according to platform functionality.

Fraudulent Activity

OG reserves the right to:

  • Freeze suspicious transactions
  • Suspend accounts
  • Investigate fraud
  • Report illegal activity to authorities

Payout Timelines

Provider payouts may vary depending on:

  • Payment partner processing
  • Verification status
  • Compliance review
  • Technical delays

OG shall not be liable for banking delays beyond its reasonable control.
